With over 25 years of experience in hospitality and wellness, I help busy professional women align travel plans with their health and self-care goals—so they return home feeling refreshed, not depleted.
My career began in the world of hospitality, where I worked as a restaurant manager at Disney’s Polynesian Resort and later as a sales manager at the Hyatt Regency Buffalo. These roles gave me a deep appreciation for service, experience design, and the behind-the-scenes work it takes to make travel feel effortless.
After a decade in hospitality, I transitioned to a career in nutrition and became a registered dietitian. For the past 15 years, I’ve supported women in improving their relationship with food and body—offering realistic, sustainable strategies that fit their full lives.
My travel coaching business, Rest By The Willow is the natural fusion of these two worlds. I created it to help women bring self-care and nourishment into their travel routines and busy seasons. The name was inspired by childhood memories of resting under a willow tree near my home—where I felt calm, grounded, and free. That feeling is exactly what I help my clients create in their own lives and travel experiences. Every woman I work with states she wants to feel better.
I work with clients 1:1, offer online programs and resources, and am available for speaking engagements on wellness travel, nutrition on the go, and sustainable self-care for women who do it all.
