My name is Shelly Nyqvist, a travel and wellness junkie whose superpower is helping people. I am also a certified life & travel coach with a focus on empty nesters, expats, and mid-lifers. My mission is to inspire women of all ages to dream more, achieve more, and become more through travel. I am a founding member of The Travel Coach Network and a member of elite travel-related mastermind groups. For the past four years, I have been curating my life + travel coach concept, which includes 1:1 coaching sessions and workshops that I integrate into packages for hotels, retreats, women’s groups, and college students. Recently I added travel advisor to my portfolio. As a travel coach, I work with clients to bring clarity and balance to their lives. Travel is simply the tool (and/or perk) to make shift happen.
