Hi! My name is Kimberly and you’re probably here because, like me, you love adventure and travel or maybe you are curious how you can travel just like I did. For the past 6 years, I have been living abroad and traveling all over Europe and Asia. I am lucky to have lived in Poland (3 years) Korea (3 years) and now Italy. Sometimes I cannot believe that I even get to write that.
My husband and I have been married for 11 years and we have two old dogs that go with us everywhere. Buddy and Bear have been to more places than most humans have and have been our loyal companions for the past 10 years. I am a military brat and a military spouse. My father was in the Air Force and my husband is in the Army. Imagine the shock on my father’s face when he realized what I brought home. It makes for lively conversations. I have been a Military Spouse for the past 11 years and while I love it, I am finally cementing myself into something I love, which is Travel and Content Creation. I also enjoy writing for publications. I was lucky enough to be a contributor for a Lifestyle magazine in South Korea called United On the ROK. Sometimes it gets tough switching gears every three years, and saying goodbye to friends is tough, but I am thankful for certain aspects of this military life because it’s allowed me to explore different professional avenues.
I love traveling and exploring new places. It’s been one of the best things that I have ever done for myself. I’ve learned so much about myself and what I am capable of. I want that for everyone. 40+ countries and counting, even though I know it’s not the number of countries that matters, it’s about experiencing the world and all of its beauty. I hope that you'll take a leap and I can get you traveling. I’ve got my MBA in Public Administration which I worked on while traveling around Europe. While in Korea I worked with a U.S.-based non-profit, called the USO. I dabbled in everything from hospitality management, social media, and community outreach while I was a Center Operations Specialist. In 2021 I was also recognized as one of USAG Humphreys top Volunteers because of my role with Humphreys United Spouses Club as their Real Property Chair. My motto is to leave a place better than I found it.
If you’ve taken the time to read through all of this, awesome! Let me help you through those hurdles holding you back!
