As a certified professional health and wellness coach she now combines travel with wellness/wellbeing to coach and encourage women in business to take a break to disconnect in order to practise selfcare and re-energise. She offers ready made wellness packages with focus on female travellers as well as retreat option that nurture and inspire you to be the best version of yourself. She is an advocate for selfcare no being a luxury, but a necessity to thrive and shine.
